About the Directors

Directors at SHARPL demonstrates India’s successful steps towards women empowerment and curbing gender inequality initiatives taken by the government. Three women of the Singh Family are holding the baton at the top as directors –

Mrs. Sangita Singh (Chairperson and MD) – our chairperson brings decades of home management into the field of hospitality. She is a seasoned risk taker and financial manager when it comes to business. Her enormous amount of experience in setting up homes have notched up her interior decoration skills to another sophistication level. Mrs. Singh is knowledgeable and well-aware of the business kitchen functioning in the different parts of this business. Apart from this, she is a history honours graduate from Jesus and Mary College at Delhi University.

Ms. Sagaarika Singh (Director and Operations Head) – She has done her bachelors in political science from IP College for Women at Delhi University and her masters in law, politics and society from Ambedhkar University, Delhi. Along with her academic knowledge, she contributes her wisdom in the day-to-day operations of the business. Ms. Singh is diligent and careful in her decision-making. She has accomplished a lot in her business experience that she is receiving under the leadership from the CEO of the company.

Ms. Tusha Singh (Director and Advocate) – she has done her bachelors in law from University School of Law and Legal Studies, IP University and is a lawyer registered under Bar Council of India since 2017. She has done her masters from National Law University, Delhi. Ms. Singh is also in process of completing her PHD in law from Delhi University.

About the CEO

If the chairperson is the positive energy giving inspiration to Sangita Hospitality, the person steering the ship and keeping the whole boat afloat is our CEO, Mr. Tinku Singh. With over 14 years of experience working in F&B Service industry, 2 years in a renowned Café Chain and 18 years in the Cinema Business – Mr. Singh has devoted 34 years of professional service in the Hospitality sector. He is a seasoned industry veteran with 3 decades worth rich experience across Restaurant & Hospitality, Life Style & FMCG Retail and Entertainment & Cinema Exhibition Business. After varied stints with leading corporate giants in Delhi, he wanted to apply his treasured expertise into his own venture and so in collaboration with his family, he has embarked on this successful journey for establishing Sangita Hospitality.

Our Staff

Supporting local employment and development of skilled workmanship, Sangita Hospitality has an all-Uttarakhand dwelling staff. Tourism being the primary livelihood of locals of Uttarakhand, we coach and foster growth among the youth of Uttarakhand with professional hospitality training. There have been many of our staff members that have moved to cities after attaining effective hospitality training at Sangita Hospitality. We believe in building the company as well as the staff together, in catering to the needs of our visitors. The CEO of Sangita Hospitality having many years in this field makes sure that international level standards are met in serving our guests, with special emphasis to hygiene, security and privacy. Being in the business of luxurious boutique resorts and premium cafes, our staff is trained to provide that experiential travel with us.

Visionaries of Sangita Hospitality believe in giving back to the community and growing together. Not to fulfil a technical requirement, Sangita Hospitality is a company which believed in keeping its fists open. With open arms and progressive attitude, we love contributing for the betterment of nearby areas of our resort. We actively engage in providing infrastructural and education supplies for the local school, even one of our staff member is engaged in preparing mid-day meals for small school-going children. We have created our resort a landmark for local village people to order online supplies at, promoting online shopping and use of technology. Sangita Hospitality makes sure to maintain healthy relationships with local people nearby by participating in cultural events and local traditions of the hills. We promote hill art and crafts made by village women by both, infusing such locally crafted pieces into the interiors of our resort and also creating a platform for these skilful creations to reach our visitors.
